Tempting Treats Trail Mix


1/4 cup Dried cranberries, raisins or other dried fruit of your choice


1/4 cup Cashews, dry roasted


1/4 cup Walnuts, dry roasted 1/4 can Sunflower seeds, dry roasted 1/2 cup Granola, low fat


Procedure 1 Place all ingredients into a container and mix. Measure into 1/4 cup portions and package.
