Baked Apples with Cinnamon 2
Apples, cored
4 tsp Dried currants or cranberries 4 tsp Toasted almonds or walnuts 1 tsp Honey
Procedure
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2 Mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon with yogurt. Place in fridge. 3 Combine dried fruit, nuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and honey and spoon into cored apples.
4 Place apples in a small baking dish and pour apple cider around apples. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven.
5 Cook until tender, about 45 minutes.
