Tempting Treats Banana "Milkshake"


1 medium bananas, sliced & frozen 4 ounces skim milk (substitute yogurt or water if preferred)


Procedure


1 Place the banana slices in a blender. 2 Add milk and blend until smooth. 3 Sprinkle with cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!
