USA 1 What was your career path and how has it led you to where you are today? To sum it up, my path has included a combination of ongoing education, global experience, good mentors, a strong faith, the ability to bring together diverse teams and cultures, and the drive and perseverance to be everything God created me to be (without relationship to GENDER)!


2 What are the main challenges you face in your current role? Maximizing technology applications; developing new ways to synergize multiple generations within diverse cultures; finding the right people with the right skills and values globally.


3 What are your top 3 suggestions for women who want to get to the top? Treat everyone with respect, be a lifelong learner, Develop strong character traits – honesty, integrity, respect, trustworthy – one action at a time – in ALL business practices.


4 How do you spend your spare time? Developing a world- class global company does not lend itself


to a lot of spare time! The time I do have that is not traveling, reading non-fiction business or faith based books is spent with


my family and grandson whom I adore!


5 Could you describe yourself in three words? Driven, Focused, Credible, Fast paced (I know it’s four!)
