Crowley and Godfrey among Leading Industry Figures ‘Advising’ BTM


Business Travel Market has announced a raft of additions to its Advisory Board as well as the Education Committee.


GTMC Chief Executive Anne Godfrey, immediate past President of ACTE Chris Crowley, BCD Travel, Qatar Airways’ Country Manager UK & Ireland Richard Oliver, Eurostar’s Head of Global Sales Darren Williams and Julia Surry from Airplus International all join the BTM Advisory Board.


Crowley states “In only three years BTM has established itself as a growing and important annual industry event. Both BCD Travel and ACTE have strong partnerships with BTM, so I am delighted to be part of BTM’s Advisory Board involved in the event’s further development.”

We’re really excited to have a new member in the IBTM family with the recent acquisition of Business Travel Market (BTM), the annual corporate travel conference and exhibition held at London’s ExCeL.


BTM was the fi rst event serving the corporate travel sector to successfully accommodate fully Hosted Buyers from all over Europe.

B2B events for over 15 years for a variety of industries in markets all over the world. Previously Paul was Director, Travel Portfolio at Centaur Media plc where he was involved in the Business Travel Shows both in the UK and overseas; the Travel Technology Show and was the Publisher of abtn.co.uk (Air & Business Travel News). In 2007, Paul was nominated for Contribution to the Travel Industry at the TTG Business Awards. In 2008 he launched BTM.

sector. For the past 10 years, Neil has been running B2B travel exhibitions, most recently as Event Director of the successful Travel Technology show in London. Neil has an MBA from Henley Business School and he is a keen cricketer.
