The Finance Alliance for Sutainable Trade (FAST) says that, as part of its ongoing efforts to support certified coffee stakeholders and certification bodies who advocate sustainable practices in the coffee industry, it is supporting the Coffee Cup event at the SIAL food industry trade show. Held alongside SIAL, which takes place May 9-11 2012 in Montréal, Canada, the competition provides a showcase the best coffee brands with the addition, for the first time this year, of a certified category.
