BADGER BONANZA OPEN WEEKEND 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th April 2012 OPEN: 10am-4pm
A chance to see these beautiful creatures up close
Have a go at ferret racing!
The first of our special ‘Open Weekends’ is drawing near!
These weekends provide a fantastic visitor experience by allowing the general public to see some of the round the clock work that carries on at our rescue centre. It’s an opportunity to get up close to British wildlife that you have never had the chance to see before.
Our ‘Badger Bonanza Open Weekend’ is the only time of year that the public get a chance to see these beautiful creatures up close. This is when the young badgers are being bottle fed at our centre - which is the largest badger cub rearing unit in the Country. You will be able to view some of the casualty

and rehabilitation pens via our CCTV system. Ferret racing, a play area, wildlife education tent, animal talks and displays are all part of your visit. Hot food is available as well as a delicious cake stall - a fantastic day out for all! Why not adopt a badger during your visit!
'A full list of our 2012 Open Weekend dates can be found on the back page of this newsletter as well as on the ‘Whats On’ page of our website. We are only open to the general public on these dates but are always open 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year for wildlife casualties. There is no admission charge but we do ask for donations to our work. We look forward to seeing you!
