Joshua and Tiffany Lenon want to “provide just a glimpse of heaven on earth” and “paint a picture of God’s future for these people” at the Red Door Church in Cincinnati, where Josh is casting a church planting vision for his native city. Just a year and a half into the life of the Red Door, Josh is planning future church plants with a similar vision of bringing heaven to earth.

Derek Osburn never set out to be a poster child for missional church staff members. He was minding his own business as a youth minister when God broadened his horizons. Now Derek and Sharla Osburn are serving as church planters in Clovis, N.M., where The Vine Community Church serves as a model for healthy church multiplication.
