Floribunda Roses Glenda Marie FEASY DOES IT™ loribunda

(PPAF, Var: HARpageant) T e one and only AARS winner for 2010 – so distinc- tively delightful, and as its name implies, super easy to grow! Like a fl amboyant fruit salad for the landscape, the free-fl owing, swirling shades of mango-orange, peach- pink and honey-apricot form blooms that are scalloped, ruffl ed and classically spiraled. Rounded, bushy plants are fi lled with super glossy green leaves that mir- ror the swirling sunset shades of the large, fragrant fl ower clusters. With proven dis- ease resistance, vigor and fl ower power, you can’t say ‘no’ to this delectable treat that performs so well in a wide variety of climates and conditions.

GLENDA MARIE Floribunda

(Var: SITpretty) Like her mom, Hannah Gordon, Glen- da Marie displays her bounteous blooms on stems that tower well above the rest of the crowd. Basically white to near-white, the semi-double blossoms are bordered with coral pink, stamped with a darker reverse and eyed with golden stamens. Dark green glossy foliage is very disease resistant. Named to honor his late wife, hybridizer John Sitton’s discovery introduces another classy performer bound for rose show stardom. Voted the #1 Exhibition Rose and the #3 Garden Rose in 2009 by the American Rose Society.

(PPAF, Var: WEKsmopur) Hy- bridizer Tom Carruth calls the color of this rose mysterious – and so it is with its tones of deep plum purple washed with a haze of sultry smoke. T e blooms are very double with old-fashioned form and a spicy clove fragrance so powerful it nearly bowls you over. A cap- tivating garden focal point that keeps getting better the longer it’s established.
