CHANNEL ISLES

Sunseeker Charters Itinerary 10 DAYS

The Pleasures of

Luxury

Day 1 (from 12 noon) Southampton – Isle of Wight

On arrival at the vessel, you will be welcomed on board by your Captain and crew. Once you have had the opportunity to settle into the wonderful Sunseeker motoryacht (your luxurious home for the next ten days), the Captain will give a short safety briefing, before the vessel heads out of Ocean Village Marina.

The internationally renowned yachting town of Cowes on the Isle of Wight will be your f irst destination. You will have the opportunity to go ashore for lunch at the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club and, after, to explore the town’s shops.

The afternoon cruise will take you from Cowes westwards to Yarmouth, which is also on the Isle of Wight. This small, quaint town is centred on its natural harbour and offers a selection of eateries, or you may wish to dine on board.

Tonight, ‘High Energy’ will remain at Yarmouth.

Day 2 Yarmouth – St Peter Port

After an early start, ‘High Energy’ will head out of the Solent and across the English Channel towards the Channel Islands. The journey to Guernsey will take about five hours. After a pleasant cruise, ‘High Energy’ will moor in St Peter Port in time for lunch. This afternoon can be spent exploring this attractive town. If you are interested in history, a walk around Castle Cornet shouldn’t be missed. Shopping enthusiasts will also be well-served in St Peter Port with an array of shops offering low duty prices.

Tonight, the vessel will stay in St Peter Port. This town has a number of good restaurants, including ‘Saltwater’, ‘L’Escalier’ and ‘Christophe’, which is Guernsey’s only Michelin star restaurant. A table will be booked at a local restaurant of your preference.

Day 3 St Peter Port – Sark

After a relaxing breakfast on the aft deck of your Sunseeker, the Captain will prepare the vessel for the morning cruise. Today’s cruise will take you on a tour of the small yet pretty island of Sark. The cruise will take around half an hour.

Said to have some of the most dramatic coastline in the Channel Islands, this is the perfect place to anchor and have lunch. The island prohibits cars, so you will be able to enjoy utter tranquillity if you wish to explore the island on foot.

Later, you will return to ‘High Energy’ and cruise back to St Peter port to enjoy the evening ashore at one of the excellent restaurants to be found there.
