Day 1 (from 12 noon) Sannazzaro, Naples – Casamicciola, Ischia
Having arrived at the marina in Sannazzaro in the heart of Naples, the captain and crew will welcome you on board the Sunseeker Motoryacht with a chilled glass of champagne. You will have the opportunity to settle in and find your way around the motoryacht before departing for Casamicciola on Isola d’Ischia.
Isola d’Ischia is the largest of the islands in the Gulf. The name Ischia is said to be a corruption of insula (simply ‘the island’). Although the island consists of craters and ancient lava flows, it is not evident due to the lush semi-tropical vegetation.
Ischia is well known for its hot springs, so you will have the perfect opportunity to relax in the thermal spas and refresh the mind, body and soul.
It is said that the island’s beauty rivals that of Capri with steep, high mountains rising to Mount Epomeo. There are several picturesque harbours to visit including Casamicciola. This peaceful port is perfect for a tranquil overnight stay. The town itself is quiet, so if you prefer to be in the hub of things you are only a 5 minute taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle of Porto d’Ischia which is known for its boutiques and restaurants.
Day 2 Casamicciola – Amalf i
After breakfast, your Sunseeker motoryacht will slip its mooring and head out of the marina. You will follow the coast towards your first port of call – Amalf i.

Day 3
The landscape is lunar-like with extinct craters as well as an active one.
You will have time this morning to relax in the sun and enjoy watersports at anchor in the bay just north of Porto di Levante. In the sea you can select the temperature of the water by moving closer to or further away from the natural spings.
After lunch, you will set off on a cruise north-east towards Isola Stromboli. This route will take you past one of the other Aeolian Islands – Isola Panarea – which lies about halfway between Vulcano and Stromboli.

Tonight, visit one of the local restaurants for a delicious dinner ashore in this charming harbour town.

Capri is the most famous island in Italy and known as the pearl of the Bay of Naples. The island is mountainous with limestone cliffs, rocks and fissures running into the sea, making for spectacular scenery. Approaching the island you will pass the Faraglioni Marvel Rocks (pictured above) which emerge from the sea off the south-eastern corner of the island.
Marina Grande is situated on the north of the island. This harbour is relatively isolated from the numerous tourists who visit this popular island. From the harbour you can take the funicular into the main town of Capri. Capri town offers fabulous shopping and an array of excellent restaurants.

However, there is still subterranean activity on Salina, such as sulpheretted hydrogen bubbling up from the seabed. To avoid these natural but slightly unpleasant smells, it is likely that the captain will take you to Santa Marina Salina on the east coast for your overnight berth.
At dinner in one of the restaurants in town, you may wish to try the local ‘Malvasi’ wine, which is produced on the island using locally grown vines.
