Sunseeker Charters Itinerary 1 WEEK

The Pleasures of

Luxury

Day 1 (from 12 noon) Corfu – Paxos

On arrival at Gouvia marina in Corfu, your captain and crew will welcome you on board your luxurious Sunseeker with a refreshing cocktail. Once you have had the opportunity to unpack and settle in, the captain will give a short safety briefing before the motoryacht heads out of the marina. The afternoon will be spent south-east along the Corfu coast and then onto the nearby island of Paxos. This journey will take about two hours.

Paxos is the smallest of the Ionian Islands and is regarded as being ‘sophisticated’ and offering ‘unspoilt seclusion’. This beautiful and tranquil island has the most amazing blue-green waters and quiet coves – perfect for swimming. It is also said to produce the highest quality olive oil. In fact, locals say that Harrods sells only Paxiot olive oil!

Your vessel will stay at anchor or moored against the quay at this idyllic location overnight. You will have the opportunity to go ashore to sample the local cuisine.

Day 2 Paxos – Preveza

After a delicious breakfast you will depart Paxos and head towards the adjacent island of Anti Paxos.

The captain will anchor in one of the attractive bays so you can make the most of these beautiful crystal-clear waters. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the sea, or the tender can be launched for some water sports fun.

After a delicious buffet lunch at anchor, your motoryacht will weigh anchor and head towards Prevez on the Greek mainland. The town of Preveza has an attractive quay where your motoryacht will moor tonight. You will have the opportunity to explore the town’s cobble-paved streets before selecting a quayside taverna for an early evening drink.

Day 3 Preveza – Lefkas

This morning you may wish to spend time relaxing on board. Alternatively, if you fancy a little sight-seeing, why not visit Preveza Castle?

Ionian Islands

Later, your motoryacht will leave Preveza and head towards the island of Lefkada, which is only a short distance away.

A delicious lunch will be served on the aft deck of your Sunseeker while at anchor in a delightful bay off this popular island. Your afternoon can be spent relaxing on board – sunbathing on the flybridge sun pads or perhaps taking to the water for waterskiing or snorkelling.

Later, the Captain will weigh anchor and begin the short cruise into Nidri. Nidri is one of the busier resorts on Lefkas and one of the main yachting centres in the Ionian. It follows that this island town has a lively atmosphere and good selection of eateries to choose from.

Day 4 Lefkas – Ithaca

Today you will cruise to the island of Ithaca – which is is probably most famous as being Odyssey’s ‘homeland’.

En route your Sunseeker will explore the island of Arkoudhi which is situated just south of Lefkas.
