Half Day Camp (ages 8-16): Our week long Junior Camps offer young aspiring golfers an opportunity to experience the wonders of golf in a fun and positive learning environment. The camps are designed to create interest and develop the playing abilities in beginner and intermediate golfers. Camps will be filled with fun learning activities for campers to take part in as well as sheltered areas to seek shade from the hot summer sun. As the week progresses campers will have a chance to win prizes and test their skills from targets to aim at on the range to a wide variety of skills contests. Campers will leave camp with improved skills and a greater understanding and passion for the game of golf.
Full Day Camp (ages 8-16): Full day camp makes the transition from the range to the golf course easy. With thirty hours of combined range and on-course instruction campers will be able to experience everything the game of golf has to offer. Combined with half day camp in the morning full day camp starts on the range where throughout the week campers will develop full swing and short game fundamentals. Then after lunch take their newly acquired skills straight to the golf course for 9-hole playing lesson. With a low student to pro ratio (4:1) the on-course portion of camp gives campers a chance to apply what they learned in the morning in a fun and safe learning environment.
Daily Schedule: 9:15 am: Instruction, developing pre-swing and swing fundamentals for the full swing, pitching, chipping, putting, and bunker play 12:15 pm: Half Day campers depart. Full Day campers eat lunch (pre paid lunch card available) 1 pm: On-course instruction for Full Day campers: shot selection, club selection, course management, rules & etiquette 4 pm: Full Day campers depart

Summer Swing Half Day Golf Camp + “Pick Flick” Afternoon

Bonus for Early Registration! Register your child for Summer Swing Golf Camp before Feb. 29 and receive a free round of golf at the Glenview Park Golf Club. Valid during twilight hours, expires at end of 2012 season.
Swimming Option Monday-Friday, 9:15 am-3:15 pm
After you’ve spent the morning learning to play golf, why not take a dip at the pool? Campers in the Summer Swing Half Day Golf Camp will join the campers from Wagner Farm and the Glenview Tennis Club and spend the afternoon swimming at Flick Pool. On days when the pool is closed or closes while campers are there, campers will hop back on the bus and dropped off at the Glenview Tennis Club for indoor activities. • Drop off at Glenview Park Golf Club. Summer Swing
Advanced Camp For ages 12 to 17 yrs. You may register your 11 yr. old as long as he/she will be 12 by 9/1/12
This week long camp provides high school and aspiring high school golfers with the tools and knowledge they need to become successful at a high level of play. For three hours each afternoon, campers will work with teaching professional Michael Stone and the professional staff at Glenview Park Golf Club where video analysis software will be used to capture the full swing. When instructing the short game, both basic and advanced shots will be covered. On Wednesday and Friday campers will utilize their newly acquired skills for a 9-hole playing lesson with Mike and the professional staff. (D)
