• Have teaching and/or coaching experience • Possess 5 years of hands-on experience in the metalcasting industry • Feel comfortable with speaking to large groups • Be willing to teach at least twice per year and travel
• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process

Melt Supervisor Plant Engineer
Willman Industries is an ISO9000 certifi ed general jobbing foundry, located in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin. We make ductile and grey iron sand castings up to 35,000 lbs in both green sand and no bake. Willman Industries has more than doubled its manufacturing capacity in the last ten years and is expecting to repeat this over the next decade. As a consequence we are looking for a plant engineer to:
Assist in design and installation of capital improvements. Provide technical support to all plant operations and the Maintenance Manager.
Insure that the foundry is in full compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
This job requires an engineering degree along with a strong capital project background and extensive foundry experience.
