NIBS Hat trick
Kaplan Learning Technologies won three awards at the 2011 LearnX eLearning & Training Awards. Software simulation provider STT Trainer and rapid e-learning provider Atlantic Link were Platinum Winners. STT Trainer also took home the recognition for best simulation solution. Atlantic Link’s Content Point received top honours by being named Platinum in the best rapid e-learning tool.

REDTRAY secures deal with law firm
n Training provider REDTRAY has secured a three- year deal with law firm Hill Dickinson where it will be supporting the delivery of IT training and help to enhance employee training.
Keith Feeny, IT & operations director at Hill Dickinson, explained: “The current market situation calls for a legal firm to be more competitive than ever before. To meet the changing requirements of the legal services industry we need to be able to rapidly adopt technology into our practice; this is why we are partnering with REDTRAY.”
Imparta has signed a partnership agreement with SalesMatters, a Spanish sales effectiveness training company based in Madrid. SalesMatters is a new subsidiary of PeopleMatters, one of Madrid’s people management consultancies, and will be offering Imparta’s sales programmes to clients in Spain. The partnership also supports Imparta’s strategy of providing local presence and language capabilities to its multinational client base.
Joint forces
Global Knowledge UK has joined the Edvantage group Channel Partner programme as a Strategic Learning Partner. The partnership provides Global Knowledge with the opportunity to promote and resell Edvantage group’s cloud and SaaS based products and supporting services, including the award-winning CourseBuilder collaborative authoring tool.
