Vital Earth and Growise extend peat free/peat reduced offer following first season success

eat-free compost manufacturer, Vital Earth (Hall 5, Stand A20/B21), whose products are made from recycled garden waste, is marking this year’s GLEE with a major product launch under its own peat free brand and a number of different range extensions under the Growise peat reduced banner. The Vital Earth launch is a brand new addition to the multi purpose sector which will secure a position for peat free compost in the hearts of and minds of a much wider audience in garden centres and beyond. Growise, meanwhile, will present three new core products, including a Growise John Innes range, as well as two promotional lines. This is in direct response to demand from garden retailers who have really bought into the combination of peat free and peat reduced from a single supplier.

Four new ranges and 131 new

osmere Products will be making a major impact at Glee 2011 as the company is set to launch 131 new products including four entirely new ranges. The company is also unveiling 24 new dump bin promotions that have been designed to increase impulse buy sales for Bosmere’s many retail outlet customers. Over the past four Glee exhibitions, Bosmere has brought around 500 new items to the market to add to its many traditional and popular product ranges. The most extensive of its new ranges is the Garden Glove Range that consists of 73 gloves in different styles and sizes for men, ladies and children. Also featured are the Modular Garden Furniture Cover Range, a new Value for Money Professional Propagation Range, and a Winter Care Product Range.


Other new products to be launched at Glee 2011 will extend Bosmere’s existing popular ranges. The Cover Up Range is being expanded with the introduction of an eight-seater circular patio set cover, ten- seater rectangular patio set cover, sunbed cover and sail parasol cover. The Protector Cover Range is being expanded with the introduction of a giant parasol cover. Other new items are a cable tidy added to the Mower Range, a retractable knife to the Garden Helpers Range, a new soil thermometer to the Thermometer Range and a large long handled decking brush to the Patio Range. The Propagation Range is being extended with the introduction of a large unheated propagator and gravel/seed tray. Finally, a garden roller, lawn fertilizer spreader and flexi edge lawn edging is added to the Lawn Care Range,


During the Glee exhibition Bosmere will be staging daily Champagne draws, and all buyers placing pre-season orders will receive golfing umbrellas for their garden centres.
