AGA AND CGA MARKING
Manufacturers are now required to replace the “AGA” (American Gas Assoc) and the “CGA” (Canadian Gas Assoc) markings with the new “CSA” (Canadian Standards Assoc) marking on gas components. The “CSA” marking will denote compliance with applicable AGA & CGA safety standards. The CSA mark is a large “C” with the letters “SA” displayed in the middle of the “C”.
Current product may have any of the spec’d markings and conform to the required safety standards.
Additional information regarding the new marking can be obtained from CSA’s website at www.csa.international.org
