Featuring a multiple-layered system of protection, FlashShield CSST is field-tested and proven to be more lightning-resistant than simi- lar conductive CSST.
Remember, natural gas capacity per cu ft is approx 1,000 btu/cu ft. So……
If you time a 1 cu ft meter wheel revolution @ 48 seconds, the equipment is using 75 cu ft of gas and is rated at approx 75,000 BTU input.
The above chart is a small sampling of Gas flow rate charts. Expanded versions of this chart are available from your local utility. Should you require an extended version, pls call Tech Services @ C/D.

CALCULATING BTU USAGE BY METER REVOLUTIONS
The process is relatively simple. Turn off all other appliances connected to the meter. Check the meter to determine how many cubic feet passes during one revolution. (This information is normally printed on the meter. It will normally be a 1 cu ft, 5 cu ft, or a 10 cu ft per revolution meter.) Operate the appliance being replaced. Check the time (in seconds) it takes for one complete revolution of the meter wheel, and apply the results to the abbreviated chart below. Time for Cu ft per revolution of the meter
