It's a fantastic accolade to get recognition from agents themselves as it lets us know we are providing the correct support and training they need to sell our products. These awards help us build on existing relationships which are key to our business moving forward.
How important are travel agents to your business? Crucial! We have a wonderful product and we want as many people to enjoy it as possible. When their customers become our guests we know we have to make their holiday sizzle. Agents recommending Royal Caribbean cruises to their customers show they have confidence in our product.
Do you have any training, workshops or other initiatives planned for agents in 2011/12? We are in the process of rolling out our award- winning training programme Cruising For Excellence worldwide. By continually updating the sections and courses available we aim to
