Do you have any training, workshops or other initiatives planned for agents in 2011/12? Please tell us about anything new that you would like to highlight to our readers? This year, South African Airways is taking delivery of six new A330-200 aircraft. This modern aircraft offers supreme ergonomics, a light, airy open cabin, and sophisticated personal touch- screen TVs. The A330-200 is the most cost-efficient, wide-body twin aircraft in operation and its green credentials are impressive.
