Excellence in Travel ATTRACTION WORLD

"We only sell through the trade and our sales team works tirelessly with agents to ensure they understand our products"

TONY SEAMAN Sales and marketing director, Attraction World

What does winning this award mean to you? Getting recognition from those who sell our products is always great and reaffirms that we are doing things right. We are continually striving to be at the forefront in our sector and awards play an important role in helping us drive the business forward.

How important are travel agents to your business? Travel agents are imperative to our business. We only sell through the trade and therefore our sales team work tirelessly with agents to ensure they understand our products and are confident in selling them. We have recently developed our website to make the booking process more efficient for agents.

Do you have any training, workshops or other initiatives planned for

agents in 2011/12? We are currently working on a new online training programme that we are very excited about. This will give agents the opportunity to learn more about our top-selling attractions in a fun and interactive way. We are looking to launch this at the end July/beginning of August.

Is there anything new that you would like to highlight to our readers? New product is constantly added to our website as we work to offer agents even more attractions and tours to pre-book for their customers. This year we have also created our top 20 hotspots – making it even easier for agents to quickly find the top trips in key destinations.
