onvert otherwise passive time to beneficial relaxation time. Sit


on a pillow, your back against a wall or sofa as you watch an extended television show. Keeping your back long and tall, spreading your legs as wide as you can, feet pointing straight up. Breathe slowly and deeply as you allow your pelvis to relax and your legs to soften. Gradually increase the angle with a full breath for up to five minutes.
