CINDY MARKS is the publisher, creative director and frequent contributor to Artizen. She’s been a graphic designer for many years, creative directing several magazines. Her other right livelihood has been in natural food stores. With Artizen, she’s found a home to highlight what she loves about ALL things handmade with great care.


BETH GOLDEN is a Virginia-based writer who has also, among many creative pursuits, fashioned jewelry using antique glass beads from around the world. While her own collection doesn’t yet include any chain maille, she has become really inspired by learning more about the technique. Maybe it’s time to add another talent to her Renaissance repertoire.
