Delivering Decking Solutions
As part of its commitment to offering the best products backed by the highest levels of service and sales support, leading distributor of fixings, fastenings and associated products ForgeFix has added a new display stand to its range of Point-of-Sale materials. The new stands, which have been unveiled to coincide with the run up to spring and clearer weather, provide an innovative all-in-one solution that promotes ForgeFix’s wide range of decking products.
Supplied pre-assembled and actually made from decking boards, each stand
comes complete with stock that includes decking screws packed in 200 piece boxes and in tubs of 1000 with a free insert bit. In addition, ForgeFix has included timber fixing screws in fully recyclable cases and twin packs of hex drives to make using these screws quicker and easier than ever.
ForgeFix believes the stands’ ability to offer answers to any decking product need from one POS solution will help stockists to maximise opportunities to cross and up-sell, whilst also encouraging impulse buying.
Commenting on their launch, Mike Smith, Sales and Marketing Director at ForgeFix, said: “ForgeFix’s success comes from offering merchants and DIY outlets access to nothing short of the complete package. As well as high quality products, we aim to provide them with the kind of service and support that can add value to their business - and pounds to their bottom line. “We believe that the launch of the new merchandising units will build on our already impressive track record, not least because of their timely release - with spring approaching and people taking advantage of the improving weather to get started on those outdoor projects.”

The new generation of Cox applicators will now no longer need a spanner to change the plunger as they simply clip on, twist and lock into position. This new development means once again the Cox applicators are becoming slimmer, lighter and easier to use.
