Dronco’s Spring Innovations
Convincing Discussions With quality innovations, Dronco again causes a stir in the market. As usual for the German premium producer, the products again provide users and retailers with genuine reasons that they need to set themselves apart from competitors that sell only on price. This spring the German producer offers a whole range of innovations for this reason. Dronco not only gives continuous improvement in their production but they are also moving to making their production “Greener”.
Expansion Of Product Portfolio
With a new programme of tools for hand sanding, the producer expands its portfolio in the field of grinding tools. So far, a coherent concept of hand sanding tools has not been available in the European market in the way Dronco are presenting it now. The various tools of the 1-2-3 sanding system are suitable for specific application areas and together, they compose a complete sanding system for all smaller works in the fields of processing
wood and metal. The various hand tools allow several application areas and have one thing in common: highest ergonomics.
The grinding system for the processing of wood and metal consists of a mini
sander, a hexagon sander and a sanding sponge set. Here all tools are practically tailored to the contour of the hand in order to enable optimum grip and an exact guidance of the tool. The three individual tools of the 1-2-3 sanding system are each available with corresponding grinding material or sanding sponges in different grits for rough, medium and finish. Due to colour coding the abrasive sheets are easily recognisable. Dronco offers two sets with special grinding materials especially produced for sanding work.
With this expansion of the product portfolio in the field of sanding materials Dronco enables retailers to target new markets.
Drilling in Stoneware
CeraDrills were previously included in the German producer’s product range, Dronco yet again continues the company’s traditional high level of competence. The new CeraDrill drills now go beyond the performance of a conventional drill for hard metal and diamond tiles. They are especially designed for drilling in porcelain, ceramic, quarry and granite tiles. These drills have a vacuum brazed diamond coating with an integrated cooling fluid. The fluid escapes in a controlled way during the drilling, therefore water
cooling is unnecessary and all disadvantages connected with water cooling during the application i.e. the necessity of a pressure tank and all wet residue disappear. So easy to use no assistance is required.
