CS: Do you find that being in the line of work that you are in brings in specific challenges to you as a leader?

LM: In life and in business, change will always be a constant. The environment and industry within which I operate is full of changes. The way we do business has changed dramatically in the past few years and more change is inevitable. The greatest challenge as a leader in my line of work therefore is to constantly and swiftly adapt to change as it happens. Adapting means managing the change and providing my team with the necessary tools required during times of change.
