CS: Congratulations once again Lerato. You must
be proud to be awarded the award title: Boss of the Year. How has this affected you personally and professionally thus far?
LM: big leadership responsibility in my life.
At a personal level, it has meant taking on a Professionally,

the alert for growth opportunities that come with the title. It has sparked a more intense sense of possibility in terms of playing the part and living up to my dreams of being an inspiration to those around me.
CS:
What or who, would you say has had the most dramatic influence in the way you view leadership in particular, and in your life in general? LM: My view of leadership in and around my life is about motivated individuals who have courage, determination and tenacity to take initiative. Leaders are people who make things happen by inspiring others to also make things happen. The two people who have influenced this view are Nelson Mandela, a world icon and Statesman and Condoleezza Rice, the first black female to be appointed as US Secretary of State.
