Human IgG1 was produced by transient transfection using TransIT-PRO™, linear PEI, or FreeStyle™ MAX transfection reagents. CHO-S cells were cultured in 20 ml of FreeStyle™ CHO Expression Medium in 125 ml shake fl asks. Day 7 supernatants were analyzed by Western blot. IgG standard was 2-fold serially diluted (S3 = 6.3 mg/l).
