An innovation in Spa recruitment
Spastaff.com offers an innovative approach to recruiting staff specifically for the Spa sector.
Established by Miranda Allard ten years ago, the website directly connects job seekers with interested employers. Staff complete a simple questionnaire enabling
Spastaff.com to create a CV, which is then available for perspective employers to search, free of charge. Only your previous work experience is visible - none of your personal details are available; these only released once you have agreed that an interested company may see them.
You are then contacted with details of available positions if an employer is interested in you. The employer pays a small fee once the candidate in question had confirmed reciprocal interest in the position, meaning that they are only charged for the details of an individual that they know is genuinely interested in the role they are looking to fill.

Spatality has announced that it will take on management duties for the award-winning SHA wellness Clinic destination spa in Albir, Spain.
The agreement was born from the success of the company’s on-going management consultancy services and will see Spatality’s Corporate Director of Hotel Operations, Thomas Wurzinger continue to overlook the operational aspects of the property; a responsibility he assumed in May of 2010.
“We are extremely pleased to be partnering with this innovative and internationally acclaimed destination resort,” stated Spatality CEO, Ingo Schweder. “The SHA approach to wellness is what Spatality as a lifestyle company aims to embody and align ourselves with moving forward.”
