Portuguese encourage good nutrition
Beauty therapists in Portugal are now spreading the message that good nutrition is as important as creams and treatments in creating good skin, with the appointment of Skinpoint Portugal, LDA, as distributor of Advanced Nutrition Programme.
Skinpoint is the Dermalogica distributor for Portugal and is run by partners Adrienne Frasco, who previously worked as a pharmacist and educator in dermatocosmetics in João Pocinho, an experienced pharmaceutical industry sales manager.

More than 100 delegates recently gathered together in Cape Town, South Africa for four days to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Environ Skin Care. David Alpert and Tracy Tamaris, representing the brand’s UK and Ireland distributorship, were among the staff and guests who attend the company’s annual conference and a special gala dinner at the five star Table Bay Hotel.
Chief Executive Chairperson Val Carstens marked the anniversary with the gift of a book about the history of Environ, written by her and dedicated to her brother, founder Dr Des Fernandes.
