“Natural hair is making a comeback – but there are so many different hair textures to consider!”
BRAIDED BEAUTY
Braids are so easy to wear and no matter what your hair texture is they can work for you. Zatee- sha says, “We brushed through Natalie-Nicole’s big curls and then parted them down the middle. We added some long extension hair that matched her natural colour and worked it into two big braids down each side of her head. I then wound each one into a bun and pinned into place, misting with some Mizani Gloss Veil Shine Spray, £16.95, to complete the look.”
TWO TWISTS
This double-twist look is great for day or evening and can work if you have long or short hair. “Esther’s hair was brushed out and then divided into a side parting,” says Zateesha. “Each section was then divided again and a donut placed in the middle of each one. The hair was then wrapped in on one side and the other side was twisted and pinned over it. A little holding spray was misted over Esther’s style along with some Mizani Gloss Veil Shine Spray, £16.95, for a shine boost.”
