But there is one thing more we understand: With freedom comes responsibility, a duty to give back, care for and serve our country. So we come here today to give back in one way we know will make a lasting difference in our country and in the lives of those who visit the land of the free and the home of the brave.”

National Soloist Juanita Bohlman of Oklahoma sang several songs, and Monica Menard and Barbara Williams, both of Washington, D.C., were the Flag and Banner Bearers.
