Vaught accepted a $5,000 donation for continued maintenance of the Women in Military Service to America Memorial. With this gift, the Auxiliary joins the Circle of 500, donors committed to supporting the permanent tribute they helped construct to honor women who served their country in uniform, including the 130 women killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.


Col. Janet Southby accepted $1,500


for the Vietnam Women’s Memorial Foundation, which honors the estimated 7,500 women who served the United States during the Vietnam War. Finally, Dr. Sean Collins took the podium to receive a $50,000 donation for prostate cancer research in honor
