www.lamda.org.uk or submit a hard copy of the application form to:

Additional Information
The minimum entry age for LAMDA courses is 18*. (*LAMDA’s Introduction to Drama School, Audition Technique and Acting for Camera Short Courses have a minimum entry age of 16.)
The deadline for applications to the Three Year, Two Year and One Year Acting Courses, Two Year Stage Management & Technical Theatre Course and One Year Foundation Course is 1st
There is no need to send transcripts, headshots or any other photos with your application.
Payment of the non-returnable audition/interview fee must be made in pounds sterling only. Cheques are payable to LAMDA Ltd and are only acceptable from sterling bank accounts.
Auditions/interviews by video are not accepted.
Applicants for certain courses may be recalled for another longer audition in March, April, May or June. All incomplete applications will be returned.
LAMDA is an eligible institution for the Guaranteed Loan Program operated by the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare (Vendor Code #021086).
UK/EU applicants should check the LAMDA website for information about loans and government funding.
March. There is no application
deadline for Single Semester Courses. Applicants are advised to apply as soon as possible however, as places are limited.
Applications cannot be accepted after deadlines in any circumstances. See the website for all LAMDA Short Course deadlines.
Auditions/interviews for courses are held in London from November to June. See the website or contact Admissions on
admissions@lamda.org.uk for dates for audition venues outside London and overseas.
Notification of an applicant’s audition/interview date is usually sent giving two weeks notice. It may be sent at short notice on receipt of an application, therefore applicants should be prepared to audition/interview at the time the application is made.
The Academy reserves the right to alter the advertised course content.
LAMDA recommends that students insure themselves to cover any medical or transport costs and loss of fees in the event that illness or accident prevents them from taking up their place at the Academy.
In the unlikely event that LAMDA is compelled to close due to national crisis or epidemic, no fees can be returned nor compensation made for any period of tuition that may have been lost through the Academy’s inability to carry on its work.
