What’s new: big style
Electronica represents a benchmark in the global electronics industry, offering suppliers the opportunity to present their latest products and services to a global audience. This frenzied activity ismirrored at Electronics Sourcing where the publication of our Electronica Special Issue has brought the total pages published in November to 272, each packed with valuable purchasing information.
Don’t imagine it stops there. Once the issues are printed and distributed, the
Electronics Sourcing teamwill be relocating toMunich to soak up the atmosphere, hunt down the stories behind the headlines andmanaging the Electronics Sourcing Live debates.
This year will be different as the editorial teamwill be accompanied by a video
news crew who will be recording the interviews between editors and suppliers. This is one of a number of initiatives designed to provide a new wealth of reader focussed value added services that will be underpinning the development of new digitalmedia outlets for the Electronics Sourcing portfolio.
If you are planning to attend Electronica in person, I would encourage you to
register to attend the Live events. These ‘Question Time’ style debates provide a perfect opportunity for purchasers of electronics components and services to hear industry figure heads fromthe distribution sector answer a range of questions on subjects such as time-to-market, obsolescence and counterfeiting.
The editorial teamis always interested in hearing buyers’ ‘war stories’ so why
not drop by our stand and share your experiences. If you can’tmake the show, don’t worry. Our video interviews will be heading
