Growing with Superfit – in SUMMER 2011

Growth takes centre stage this season. When taking big responsibility for little feet, the Superfit development team pays close attention to the feet of youngsters in order to offer the right products to meet their needs and wishes.

The idea of growth is based on an awareness and appreciation for nature and the environ- ment with all of its treasures! The theme of nature inspires the colours, shapes, materials and details of Superfit’s spring/summer 2011 collection.

The nature line of first walkers combines super- soft chrome-free nappa leather with canvas for a natural effect; lace-up models all have linen-look shoelaces and very natural-looking cork-style soles.

Modern films such as Avatar inspire the co- lours, structures and lines, and the make- believe worlds from Alice in Wonderland are echoed in the fine details and colour schemes of our girls’ shoes.

Everlasting romance in various shades of pink, with horses, glitter and hearts – the world of little fairies and princesses! More grown-up girls are opting for pastels for summer 2011, including peach, powder, va- nilla, rose and crocus!

The city look for the summer has lots and lots of white, with shades of grey, from very light to dark, to complement fashionable attire, muted metallics for a futuristic hint, and shiny silver! White for ballerina flats, sandals and slim-fit sneakers!

Ballerinas have been a hit for many seasons now, and Superfit is offering a new take on this classic again in summer 2011, with fresh ballerina styles, including new soles with sporty toe caps lifted at the front, sporty shapes with a small heel and a metallic sole finish, and elegant shapes with a small heel reminiscent of Audrey Hepburn’s style.

The materials used convey a sense of fashion and modernity: the finest soft nappa leather, muted two-tone effects, material combina- tions with fabric, laser cuts, rivets, big buck- les, bows, polka dots and rock ‘n’ roll cuts to express the individuality of each and every girl!

Brushed and finished leathers with two-tone effects are also a hit among the boys! Mono- chrome muted colour combinations of light beige, grey and shades of blue with a summery white finish, light-coloured stitching, hand- made elements, rivets, logos and labelling on trendy Chuck soles make a chilled out impression!

Big visions for little feet Superfit’s goal is clear: To become Europe’s leading children’s shoe manufacturer. The family-owned company has been under the leadership of three managing directors for many years: Stefan Stolitzka (owner and chair- man), Clemens Kellner and Rudolf Hampl. As an owner-operated company, Superfit guaran- tees continuity and stability as well as great visions for little feet – and their implementation.

The mastermind and visionary behind it all is owner Stefan Stolitzka: “The one thing that stands the test of time is good quality. We will continue to focus even more on conser- ving resources and learning a great deal from our experiences. We will then apply what we learn to our shoes, where our aim is to com- bine extraordinary design with innovative materials and technologies, unique textures, bold colours and solid manufacturing tech- niques.”

The success of Superfit shows that its owner is on the right track: The brand has now been named the best children’s shoe brand by the German-speaking shoe industry for six years in a row.
