Dirt road leading intoMeat Cove The roadnowpasses throughCapstick and
the following 7 km(4.5mi) of road is unpaved leading toMeat Cove. This excursioniswellworththe time if you
areaconfidentdriveronanunpaved,gravel roadway. Careful riding will deliver you into one of
Nova Scotia’s most scenic and absolutely stunning remote areas where whales and eagles are frequently seen. This area is also noted for rare orchids
which are found nowhere else in the entire province. Camping facilitiesWare provided at the
MeatCoveCampground,situatedhigh atopthe cliff in the cove.Rest awhile & have a snack at the ChowderHutwhile enjoying the views. Return to CapeNorth.
