Joe Simko, president and general
manager of Hodge Foundry, Green- ville, Pa., has added the title of vice
president of business development. Metal Technologies Inc., Auburn,
Ind., named Douglas Monroe senior vice president of operations.
Norcast Wear Solutions, Toronto,
Canada, appointed Richard LaBelle its chief executive officer. Allan Bulckaert has become president of
