CÀRN expands range
CÀRN has added a stylish new trekking boot, the Stratosphere eV Hi, to its range, as well as making some enhancements to
the popular STORM CHASER eV Mid boot. Richard Dean, CÀRN’s Founder and Director said: “We are shortly about to embark on our fourth season of trading and are delighted to already be in a position to expand the range to include STRATOSPHERE eV Hi, a stylish and durable boot specifically aimed at outdoor enthusiasts requiring extra security and support around the ankle.” Dean adds: “Drawing from the reaction and success of our very first boot, STORM CHASER eV Mid, this new boot is the next logical step for CÀRN in our mission to provide the outdoor consumer with products that are fit for purpose.”
Made from a lightweight water repellent Cordura and PU Nubuck, the STRATOSPHERE eV Hi is available in two colourways, Men's: Swamp/Black and Women's: Alpine Blue/Black. It incorporates the highly efficient eVent Waterproof Fabric to provide a complete waterproof and moisture management system and AEGIS and TREK-DRY technologies are also included to further control internal moisture and prolong comfort. The boot has also been constructed with a preformed single density PP Bi- Fit board and a reinforced Hi-Cut collar. For increased protection to the toe and forefoot areas, CÀRN has added its unique one-piece rubber toe guard and for more challenging terrain it is CÀRN’s exclusively designed C1 Sole Unit that provides exceptional grip and cushioning. Meanwhile CÀRN has also made some enhancements to its STORM CHASER eV Mid boot and the style now boasts an updated Nubuck leather to increase upper stability along with revisions to various component densities and reinforcements for enhanced forefoot control. In addition the boot features a new technical footbed for prolonged comfort and support and the size range has also been extended. The STRATOSPHERE eV Hi and the enhanced STORM CHASER eV Mid will be available from early July and are priced at £114.99 and £109.99 respectively.
