PCB industry results The IPC—Association Connecting Electronics Industries- - has announced theMarch findings fromitsmonthly North American Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Statistical Program. Rigid PCB shipmentswere up
19.6 percentwhile bookings increased 38.4 percent inMarch 2010 fromMarch 2009. Year to date, rigid PCB shipmentswere up 9.2 percent and bookings have grown 31.9 percent. Compared to the previousmonth, rigid PCB shipments increased 23.5 percent and rigid bookings increased 28.2 percent. The book-to-bill ratio for the North American rigid PCB industry in March 2010 grew to 1.10.
