Classes meet on the Greenbelt between the pool and the NEW Haas Family Gymnasium; weather-permitting.

▪ BootCamp An outdoor circuit fitness class with fun relays, cardio bursts, resistance training, balance training, and flexibility for a total body workout challenge. All levels are welcome. Class is at main building.


▪ Belly Dancing


Build muscle tone, learn to move gracefully, love the skin you’re in! All levels welcome!


▪ Chi Gung Helps to promote the body’s flow of vital energy, deepens the breath,


brings focus inward, and quiets the mind. Includes exercises for opening and mobilizing the body and joints, breathing techniques, slow movement exercises, walking forms, and static postures.


▪ Yoga


Eclectic, Meditative, Kundalini, Hatha, Power, Flex’n’Flow, or Gentle Chair are available.


▪ Zumba


A Fusion of Latin and international high energy music and moves. The routines are aerobic with combinations of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Come burn some calories and have a blast doing it!


▪ Gut Cut Where did that six-pack go? The 30 minute Gut Cut class will help build your


core strength and start to lean that waistline.


▪ Teen Fit Program Ages 12-13


Orientations Now Available! Teen Weight Room use now acceptable for 12-13 year olds under parental supervision after completing the Teen Weight Room Orientation. Sign up at the front desk for a Teen Weight Room Orientation today! Teen and Parent must be present for the entire orientation.
