AQUATICS Triathlon Training Club

Porpoises Swim Team Our objective is to introduce your child to competitive

swimming within a safe and enjoyable environment. They will learn to perform all four competitive swimming strokes while developing discipline, sportsmanship, respect for health, team camaraderie and abilities in setting realistic goals. The success of the PENY Porpoises has relied on our emphasis on team bonding, which goes beyond the technical teachings of swimming. Swimming is a very individualistic sport in nature but the PENY Porpoises promote unity and equality between all athletes, despite group level or talent. Potential swimmers, ages 5-18, must tryout with the Head

Swim Coach and meet our established requirements to join the team. Standard tryouts are every Friday at 3:30 p.m. but a personal tryout date and time can be established with the Head Swim Coach. Practice days are Monday–Friday.
