Adventure Guides Program Ages 5-9


The YMCA Adventure Guides program’s goal is to foster companionship and understanding that creates a foundation for positive, lifelong relationships between parents and children. The Adventure Guide program strengthens the relationship between you and your child by creating opportunities to spend quality time together! Twice a month you and your child will participate together in activities like fun campouts or a family day event.

All Adventure Guides members participate in small neighborhood groups called “Circles” usually consisting of 7-10 parent/child teams. Each Circle meets at each others’ homes approximately once a month throughout the school year for program activities.
