Pilates Reformer


Personal Training Increase your flexibility and strength, especially in the hips, lower back, shoulders, neck, and core. By gliding with the reformer’s pulley system, a greater range of motion with resistance is achieved.


Aquatic Personal Training Do you have a physical limitation, Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, or Obesity? Maybe your doctor recommended Aqua Therapy to improve muscle strength and endurance.


Our facility is handicap accessible and equipped with an optional Aqua-wheelchair for those who need help in and out of the pool. If you need structured water therapy, aquatic personal training is perfect for you.


Working one-on-one with your trainer creates a comfortable environment for you to focus on your personal goals.


12 Week


Personal Fitness Program The 12 week Personal Fitness Program is designed to provide support and accountability to the new or returning health seeker. Members meet with their wellness coach four times over twelve weeks. Each appointment lasts one hour. During the appointments, goals, success strategies, and fitness plan are discussed. Cost: $30 · Members only

Fitness Center Etiquette: • Athletic Shoes and Shirts are required at ALL TIMES • No Food or Drink allowed in the fitness center • Water in a closed bottle is an acceptable exception • Use a towel to wipe up perspiration • Cell Phones are prohibited at ALL times


• Cardio Equipment may only be used for 30 minutes at a time


• Rerack your weights after using


Teens ages 14-17 may use the fitness center AFTER completing a required weight room orientation.


Tweens ages 12-13 under parental supervision may use the fitness center AFTER completing a TeenFIT weight room orientation.

2012 Personal Training Rates 1 Hour Session


$60


Three 1-Hour Sessions $150 ($50/session) Four 1-Hour Sessions Eight 1-Hour Sessions


Twelve 1-Hour Sessions $420 ($35/session)


CANCELLATION POLICY: Failure to provide your trainer with 24 hours notice that the training session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled will result in a $25 cancellation charge. Personal Training sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase date. Sessions not used during this time will be forfeited at the expense of the client.
