Terminology - Product Types
The opening element rotates centrally in the
frame allowing the outside pane of glass to be Pivot
cleaned.
Vertical A traditional style of window, has two vertically sliding sashes which may also have a tilt-in
facility for easy cleaning. Slider
An outward opening
casement which is designed
to give the appearance of a Mock Horn
vertical slider. The bottom of
the opening sash has an
extended feature to give this
effect. Only used on top hung
casement windows.
Either a “clip-on” or “stick-
on” piece of extrusion Georgian
which is applied to the
glass panes of the Bar
casement window to give a
more tradional style of
window appearance.
A PVC framework which is designed to fill the
cavity between the inner and outer brickwork Cavity
of the structural opening. This then provides a
