It might seem obtuse to put these very different sports together but they are linked
by one factor, the professional players and the important sponsorship deals. Retailers
'step-up' and supply a sponsored product to punters who love it all!
DARTS
Darts increasing profile has raised demand for darts products. With a high replacement ratio, as darts wear and tear from impact, new darts products are
always in demand, and this gives retailers a chance to develop repeat business. With various throw dynamics and many darts fashion add-ons marginal
changes can have a dramatic effect on performance, and as dart players often experiment with set ups extra sales are always on offer with a slight increase
in product knowledge. For retailers, darts presents low start-up costs with good margins and fast moving product lines. Retailers only need a small space for
sales so the extra margin options are easy to see.

For over 70 years, Unicorn has been at the forefront of darts technology and development - they recently unveiled

Sky televised PDC darts tournaments Unicorn has been quick to market these two new signings.
The Unicorn have also launched a brand new website and
initial reaction from players and retailers alike confirm that the new
site has Unicorn leading from the front.
