I believe with all my heart that Donald Trump is the man chosen by God to restore America to greatness. Let me give a little background as to why I believe this. In 2012, after Mitt Romney lost his challenge to Barak Obama, I had a dream in which I was talking to Mike Huckabee. I said, “If a man would 'hue to the line, and let the chips fall where they may,' he would win the presidency.” This was an old saying among woodsmen who made railroad crossties with a broad- axe. If they took their eye off the line, they would ruin the crosstie. Four years later, Donald Trump announced his intention to run for president. He said up-front, “If I run, I will win.” He entered the primary with sixteen other contenders, and began to campaign like a woodsman with a broad-axe, not caring “where the chips fell” or who he hurt. In short time, he literally destroyed his opponents for the nomination, and went against all odds to defeat Hillary Clinton. Personally, I did not like Donald Trump; my favorite was Ted Cruz. My vote for Trump was actually a vote against Hillary Clinton.
On Election Day, November 8, 2016, Hillary Clinton led in the polls by several percentage points. She won the popular vote but lost the Electoral College by a landslide. I watched the returns until Donald J Trump was declared the next president of the United States a little after 2:00 A.M. central time. As I awoke the next morning, I distinctly heard the voice of the Spirit of God saying, “I will restore thy judges as at the first.” I knew for the first time that God had given us Donald J. Trump to be the 45th president of the United States of America.
Donald Trump was very successful as president, but he governed the same way he had campaigned, “hueing to the line, and letting the chips fall where they may.” Our nation enjoyed four years of peace and prosperity under the government of a very crude president. He was known for his vicious “tweets” and name calling, which made him many enemies. At the same time, he became a great friend to Israel, and won the hearts of the evangelical Christians in America. Yet, he lost the election in 2000 to what proved to be one of the most morally corrupt administrations in our history.
On November 2, 2020, the day before Election Day, I heard these words while meditating; “The election tomorrow is not between Donald Trump and Joe Biden; it is between those who love Trump and those who hate Trump.” In other words, Donald Trump defeated himself in the 2020 election. I was also very aware that those who hate are also capable of lying, cheating, stealing, and even assassination if necessary,

The prophet Isaiah gave us three verses which describe the moral condition of America under Joe Biden.
“How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers. Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water: Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless,
neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.” Isaiah 1:21-23
America under president Ronald Reagan was “A Shining City on a Hill.” Jesus said such “…cannot be hid” Matthew 5:14. How did America fall into harlotry in less than forty years? Immorality and perversion in America did not begin with the Biden administration, but they have greatly multiplied because they were not only approved, but also celebrated in the White house. Ancient Jerusalem was destroyed for less than America has been guilty of. There is little doubt that like the princes of ancient Israel, Joe Biden “loved gifts,” and “followed after rewards,” but his greater sin was his approval and celebration of the trans community.
The next three verses of Isaiah’s prophecy tell of the restoration of Jerusalem, which will also be reflected in America, beginning on January 20, 2025.
“Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies: And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin: And I will restore thy judges as at the first, and thy counsellors as at the beginning: afterward thou shalt be called, The city of righteousness, the faithful city.” Isaiah 1:24-26
In Donald Trump's first administration, he gave us two hundred thirty-four originalist federal judges, including three on the Supreme Court. This fulfilled the words I heard from God the morning after his election. In fact, this is his lasting legacy, because everything else has been destroyed.
I wrote in the August 2024 issue of Newsmax of “The Pendulum” that was about to swing to the right. The “pendulum” swung on November 5, 2024, with a massive landslide victory for Donald J. Trump. God prepared him for the restoration of America on July 13, 2024 when an assassin's bullet grazed his ear. He had always seemed uncomfortable when speaking about God, but on that day, God got his attention. He is a different man, knowing that he lives only by the grace of God to do the will of God.
“Thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.” Isaiah 58:12
