Holo/or’s diffractive multifocal (MF) lenses are used for glass cutting applications. Holo/or has developed a tailored focusing module for glass cutting applications, integrating MF with a focusing objective. Unlike refractive solutions, Holo/or’s diffractive MF module works for single as well as multi-mode lasers, and maintains diffraction-limited spots size at all foci. Laser Quantum will demonstrate some of its latest technology at Laser World of Photonics China. In addition to its continuous wave and ultrafast lasers, the firm will demonstrate the axiom laser range. The axiom 532 and axiom 660 have an integrated diode pump in the head for easy incorporation into equipment, without the complexities associated with a fibre cable. The axiom 532 has a power range between 4 and 12W, noise stability of <0.02 per cent and power stability of <0.1 per cent. Thanks to its detachable and compact power

The Photonic Professional GT 3D printers from German company Nanoscribe are high resolution systems for three-dimensional nano- and microfabrication. Based on the technique of two-photon polymerisation, the 3D laser lithography systems offer submicron feature sizes. When common additive
