Delayed from October 2021, Atlanta’s peace-and-love jazzy hip-hop ensemble Arrested Development make what one suspects is their Gwynedd debut this month. Though they peaked commercially pretty early in their career, with their 1992 debut album, they’ve been pretty active more recently with new albums and, in the case of founder member Speech, documentaries.
