WSA produced new brand guidelines, adopted a new tone of voice across communications and created updated visual language for

Elysium Healthcare. Images were taken featuring people across the business and were used as part of a national out-of-home, press and e-shot campaign. The careers website was re-skinned and print collateral was redesigned to remain consistent. Emphasis was placed on employee benefi ts, EVP strapline, good news stories and community engagement hashtags, resulting in significant increases in social media traffic. Outcomes are always the most important part of any project and in the 12 months that followed the new brand launch, recruitment application fi gures increased and £2.4m was saved on agency hiring costs.
